Azerbaijani servicemen successfully complete AKINCI UAVs-based course in Türkiye
A ceremony dedicated to the next edition of the "AKINCI Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Control Course" organized by Baykar was held at the Çorlu Training Flight Center located in Tekirdağ, Türkiye.
Azerbaijani Embassy in Türkiye told APA that the ceremony was attended by Selcuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar Turkish Defence Industry Company, Rashad Mammadov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Türkiye, Colonel Mushvig Mammadov, Military Attaché of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Türkiye and the staff of the military attache.
While conveying his sincere wishes to the graduates of the course, Selcuk Bayraktar spoke about the importance of developing young people in the direction of technology and innovation.
Ambassador Rashad Mammadov spoke about the indisputable role of the "Bayraktar" combat drone, which has become world famous after the Second Karabakh war.
The ambassador congratulated the Azerbaijani servicemen, who successfully completed the course on the operation of the AKINCI UAVs, and wished them success in their future service.
At the end of the event, certificates were presented to the successful graduates from Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
