Azerbaijan defers Armenian national Vardanyan's trial with no set date for resumption

The court session scheduled for December 30 in the criminal proceedings against Armenian national Ruben Vardanyan has been postponed indefinitely.

As AZERTAC reports, the delay occurred because the judicial panel—comprising presiding judge Zeynal Aghayev, judges Anar Rzayev and Jamal Ramazanov, with reserve judge Gunel Samadova—adjourned for deliberations concerning the criminal cases of 15 other Armenian citizens. The trial of Vardanyan will resume once the panel reconvenes.
