Azerbaijanis stage demo in Rome to demand peace

Members of the Azerbaijani community in Italy staged a peaceful demonstration in Roma's famous Piazza dei Santi Apostoli square.

According to Caliber.Az, in the demonstration, organized by the Azerbaijani-Italian Youth Association and Azerbaijani youth representatives living in Italy, calls were made to the world community in connection with the continuation of environmental terror by Armenia on the territory of Azerbaijan, obstruction of peace in the region, non-issuance of minefield maps by Armenia and violation of international law and human rights.

The pickets chanted “We want peace!”, “Stop mine terror!” slogans, demanding justice from the international community.

The Azerbaijani diaspora is currently holding a series of events and actions in different countries of the world.
