Baku court to hear criminal cases against Armenian citizens next week
The next hearing in the open court proceedings concerning criminal cases against Armenian citizens Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi Gukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, David Babayan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and others is scheduled for next week.
The session will be presided over by Judge Zeynal Aghayev, with Judges Jamal Ramazanov and Anar Rzayev on the panel. Reserve Judge Gunel Samadova will also be present, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The hearing is set for October 6.
A total of 15 individuals – Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadiy Gukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, David Manukyan, David Babayan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, Vasily Beglaryan, Erik Gazaryan, David Allahverdyan, Gurgen Stepanyan, Levon Balayan, Madat Babayan, Garik Martirosyan, and Melikset Pashayan – face charges under multiple articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, including:
