British ambassador to Azerbaijan visits revived Agali village

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld visited on March 14 a school in the liberated village of Agali, Zangilan region, and met with students.

The diplomat wrote about this on Twitter, Caliber.Az reports.

“Like the green sprouts of the samani [a symbol of the Novruz holiday], the village of Agali symbolizes the first signs of life after the destruction. Thanks to the joint efforts of the UK and Azerbaijan, children in Agali can again study safely,” the ambassador wrote.
