The council is a collaborative platform established in 2021 to enhance bilateral relations and address mutual interests. Alternating its sessions between Moscow and Baku, the council signifies a commitment to deepening ties through comprehensive discussions.
Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Centre for Analysis of International Relations (AIR), emphasized the diverse agenda encompassing crucial bilateral issues. These include in-depth deliberations on regional security dynamics, strategic logistics, and transportation challenges impacting both nations.
The council aims to leverage expert insights to strengthen cooperation frameworks and foster pragmatic solutions to shared concerns between Russia and Azerbaijan.
