First finals of World Shooting Cup wrap up in Baku PHOTO

The first finals of the World Shooting Cup have wrapped up in Baku.

Having beaten Croatia's Miran Maricic with a score of 16:14, Serbian sports shooter Serb Lazar Kovacevic has claimed the gold medal in the men's 10m rifle shooting competition, according to Report.

Maricic turned out to grab silver, while Kazakh athlete Islam Useinov from Kazakhstan became the bronze medalist.

In the women's 10m rifle final, French athlete Oceanne Muller defeated Aneta Stankiewicz of Poland with a score of 16:12.

The "top three" winners were closed by Ili Laura-Georgeta Ilie (Laura Ilie) from Romania.

The final competition in 10m pistol shooting among women and men will take place on May 29.
