FM: Azerbaijan aims to reach regional stability
Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said that Azerbaijan's new goal is to reach regional stability in light of growing threats to global security.
he made the remarks at the first trilateral meeting of the Azerbaijani, Turkish and Kazakh foreign and transport ministers in Baku on June 27, APA reports.
"Azerbaijan's new goal is to achieve stability in the region. Currently, in light of the growing threats to global security, our cooperation is of great importance. It is extremely important that we consider our trilateral relations at this level. One of the important areas in which our countries will cooperate more closely is the transport corridors in the region," he said.
Bayramov said this is the first meeting in this format.
