French police harshly block Turkish journalists' live coverage of Corsican rally

Another rally against the French policy has been held in Bastia, Corsica.

The police officers obstructed the Turkish Haber Global news agency's journalist Emre Karaca and cameraman Engin Esgi to cover the rally, according to Report.

The police officers dispersed the rally participants by force, used tear gas and stun grenades. Fire broke out in some places.

The illegal actions of the French police are currently ongoing and are aimed at intimidating the peacefully protesting Corsican people to silence supporters of independence.
