Visitors were briefed on the agency’s various initiatives, including the operation of ASAN Xidmət centres and ongoing social innovation projects, Caliber.Az reports, citing the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations.
The agency highlighted its international accolades, noting it received the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, a UN special recognition for digital governance in 2019, and in 2023 was named the “Most Advanced Public Service in the World” under the Global Government Excellence Award programme.
Officials stressed that the ASAN Service model has been successfully adopted in several other countries.
The Hungarian delegation also examined the activities of the INNOLAND incubation and acceleration centre, ASAN’s mobile service units, and the ABAD company.
