Iran's atomic chief reaffirms stability of nuclear facilities
The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organisation, Mohammad Eslami, has declared that the country’s nuclear facilities remain secure and fully operational, despite mounting pressure and threats from abroad.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting in Tehran, Eslami praised the resolve of both Iran’s nuclear staff and the Iranian people, Caliber.Az reports, citing Iranian media.
“Our facilities are in good condition, and the morale among our personnel is excellent,” Eslami stated. “They are firmly standing their ground in defence of the nation’s scientific and strategic capabilities.”
Reiterating Iran’s longstanding resistance to external pressure, Eslami said the Iranian people “are made of pride and strength” and have never bowed to coercion. “They have never surrendered, and they never will,” he asserted.
Addressing foreign adversaries, Eslami said attempts to undermine Iran’s nuclear program have failed. “The enemy should know this path will also lead nowhere, just as it has brought no success in the past.”
