"The strategic situation has worsened after Finland and Sweden joined the North Atlantic Alliance," Tasmagambetov remarked, highlighting the growing military tensions in the region.
The CSTO Secretary General also warned that the West is ramping up military and financial support to Ukraine, prolonging the ongoing conflict with Russia. Additionally, Tasmagambetov raised concerns about a significant increase in serious incidents at nuclear power plants, warning that such incidents could lead to "catastrophic consequences" not only in the war zones but also across vast territories far beyond them.
