Oklahoma governor issues proclamation on partnership with Azerbaijani Army

Governor of the US state of Oklahoma, Kevin Skitt, has issued a proclamation on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the State Partnership Program between the Oklahoma National Guard and the Azerbaijani Army.

The document, published on September 22, highlights the expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States in various fields, including with the state of Oklahoma, Caliber.Az reports.

In response, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the US Khazar Ibrahim expressed gratitude to the governor.
