Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has raised the national flag of the country in the city of Aghdara.

The ceremony took place as part of Aliyev's visit to the Tartar district, Azertag reports.

The head of state attended the opening of a recreational park in the Sugovushan settlement of the Tartar district, as well as a ceremony to commission the Sugovushan reservoir after its repair and renovation in the Tartar district.
