Russia intercepts dozens of Ukrainian drones overnight

Russian air defence troops destroyed and intercepted 25 Ukrainian drones over Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Kursk, Leningrad, Moscow, Orel and Tula regions on the night of March 11 to 12.

"An attempt by the AFU to carry out a terrorist attack with the use of 25 aircraft-type UAVs on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was foiled tonight,” TASS reports, citing the Russian Defence Ministry.  

“On-duty air defence means intercepted and destroyed over the territories of Moscow (2 UAVs), Leningrad (1 UAV), Belgorod (7 UAVs), Kursk (11 UAVs), Bryansk (1 UAV), Tula (1 UAV) and Orel (2 UAVs) regions," the Ministry added.
