Russian Air Defence Forces down six Ukrainian drones
The Russian Air Defence Forces have intercepted and destroyed six Ukrainian drones over two Russian regions during overnight operations, as reported by the Russian Defence Ministry.
The Russian Defence Ministry confirmed the downing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in separate incidents. Four Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed over the territory of the Bryansk region, while two UAVs were targeted over the Orel region, Caliber.Az reports citing the Russian Defence Ministry.
"On-duty air defence means intercepted and destroyed four Ukrainian drones over the territory of Bryansk region and two UAVs over the territory of Orel region," the report said.
As war persists between Russia and Ukraine, incidents involving unmanned aerial vehicles have become increasingly common, highlighting the need for continued monitoring and response measures to ensure security and stability.
