Russia bombs Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia, injuring 17 PHOTO / VIDEO

Today, August 18, Russian armed forces struck Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, injuring over a dozen civilians, Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, wrote on Telegram. 

As a result of the attack, shops and a bus stop caught fire, and the number of casualties has risen to 17, Caliber.Az reports.

“Following another strike on Zaporizhzhia, shops and a bus stop caught fire, a minibus, residential buildings, and a workshop of one of the city’s enterprises were damaged,” Fedorov specified.

A crater formed at the impact site, from which police and rescuers pulled out a person with burns. Medics are fighting to save the victim’s life.
