Russian truck driver makes two attempts to ram crowd outside cafe Video

A truck driver twice attempted to ram a group of people outside a café in the Russian city of Novosibirsk, local authorities said on August 11.

The Investigative Committee told state media the suspect appeared to act intentionally, with the aim of killing those outside the venue, Caliber.Az reports.

No serious injuries were reported, though the motive for the incident remains unclear.

Officials said the driver fled the scene after the second attempt and is now the subject of an active manhunt.

Video appears to show the lorry making two separate passes toward pedestrians gathered near the café.
