Saudi club Al-Hilal are preparing to sign Argentine striker Lionel Messi to a record contract worth 330 million euros a year.

The newspaper emphasized that Al-Hilal’s ambition is to secure a contract with Messi in the current winter Mercato, hoping that he will lead the team in next month’s Club World Cup in Morocco, which will make him tempt Messi with a salary of more than $300 million. euros, in addition to talking to Parisian club officials when they travel to Riyadh to meet a team of Al-Zaim and Al-Alamy players on 19 January.
