Some 14 ICRC vehicles pass unhindered on Khankendi-Lachin road

Some 14 cars of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have been allowed to freely move along the Khankendi-Lachin road.

Eight cars and six trucks drove from Khankendi in the direction of Lachin, a Report correspondent informs from the scene.
