State Committee on Azerbaijani diaspora tasks in post-war period

The Azerbaijani diaspora should use new methods and approaches in the post-war period. First of all, these methods and approaches include the strengthening of lobby formation, the intensification of ties with diaspora organizations of friendly countries and nations, including the member-states of the Organization of Turkic States, strengthening of diaspora movement by using new technologies, Chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee on Work with Diaspora Fuad Muradov said, Report news agency informs. 

Muradov stressed that it is necessary to strengthen coordination among diaspora organizations, pay attention to the issues of integration into local societies, achieve socio-political development, intensify ties with foreign media, strengthen lobbying activity, etc. to eliminate existing problems. 

"The main place in the program of our future activity is the involvement of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the revival of Karabakh at the stage of the revival of our national statehood – at the stage of victory," the chairman said.
