Turkish ANKA UAV successfully spots drifting mines PHOTO

Turkey has successfully completed tests to detect drifting mines using the radar systems of the ANKA-V unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UAV), Turkish Ministry of National Defense wrote on its Twitter page, Caliber.Az reports.
According to the statement, the country’s Naval Command conducted the test run in the southeastern Aksaz Bay.
The UAV is reportedly equipped with SARPER and MİLSAR radar systems designed to detect drifting naval mines.
