Türkiye sends locally-made armoured vehicles to Ukraine

Türkiye has sent a batch of BMC Kirpi 4x4 armoured personnel carriers of local production to Ukraine.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already received 50 units of Turkish armoured vehicles MRAP Kirpi 4x4, while 150 more vehicles will go to Ukraine soon, Gazeta.ru reports, citing the Telegram channel Voenniy Osvedomitel.

MRAP Kirpi is a reconnaissance vehicle, the armoured body of which protects against armour-piercing bullets and fragments of artillery shells. The Kirpi cars are equipped with five small arms embrasures, bulletproof windows, and a 360-degree rotating machine gun on the roof.
