Turkmenistan hosting 29th International Conference and Expo

The 29th International Conference and Expo "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan" (OGT-2024) have officially commenced in Ashgabat.

The events have been organised by "Turkmengaz" and "Turkmennebit" state corporations in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and "TurkmenGeology" state corporation, the International Information Center (IIC) of Turkmenistan said, Caliber.Az reports via Turkmen media.

Thus, the events have gathered over 800 delegates representing 250 companies, international organisations, media outlets, financial institutions, and academic circles from more than 52 countries.

Prominent global media outlets, including Al Khaleej, Dubai News, Natural Gas World, MIR 24, SNGtoday, TrendAz, Interfax, and TASS, are actively covering the conference.

Alongside the conference, the OGT Expo is taking place, featuring over 70 companies, including ADNOC, CNPC, SLB, Eni, Sumitomo, and Petronas. Participants have the opportunity to explore the latest innovations and technological solutions for the oil and gas sector.

The expo also showcases Turkmen companies such as "Garagum Hazynasy", "Nurly Tolkun", "Türkmen gala", "Hazar Logistiks", "Arassa Sowda We Gurlushyk", "MENO Logistics" and others.

This event provides a platform to discuss key challenges and opportunities within the sector, as well as to present cutting-edge developments and technologies that support the growth of the oil and gas industry.
