Over the past 24 hours, Russian attacks on the city of Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding Zaporizhzhia district have left 35 people wounded.
As Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram, Russian forces carried out a total of 684 strikes on 24 settlements across the region during this period.
The attacks affected not only the regional centre but also both frontline areas and locations further back in the rear.
Fedorov reported that the assaults included 13 air strikes and 429 drone attacks, the majority involving FPV drones. In addition, six strikes were launched using multiple rocket launch systems, while artillery was used 236 times.
As a result of the shelling, authorities received 246 reports over the course of the day documenting damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and various infrastructure facilities.
