On September 29, another meeting was held in the city of Yevlakh with representatives of Armenians living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

The meeting discussed in detail humanitarian issues, the reintegration of the Armenian residents of Karabakh and, in particular, the reintegration plan presented by Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing the message of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.

Ensuring the free movement of civilians, sending humanitarian aid, and meeting the needs for fuel and food were highly appreciated. The representatives of Armenian residents living in the Karabakh economic region expressed special gratitude for the measures taken by the Azerbaijani relevant government agencies during the fire in the suburbs of Khankendi, in particular for sending medical supplies, medicines and ambulances needed to extinguish the fire in the territory, providing first aid to victims. It was proposed to the relevant government agencies of Azerbaijan to take measures to organize mobile communications, television and radio broadcasting services.

Ramin Mammadov, responsible for contacts with the Armenian residents of Karabakh, informed about the procedures and social services related to the reintegration process. He noted that to resolve economic, housing and other issues, a visit of members of the working group on social, humanitarian, economic and infrastructure issues in the Karabakh region to the city of Khankendi is planned on October 2.
