Azerbaijan identifies another phishing attack by Armenian hackers against citizens

The State Service for Special Communications and Information Security has identified new phishing attacks by Armenian hacker groups against citizens of Azerbaijan.

Hackers are deceiving citizens by creating websites supposedly selling tickets to various theaters. Thus, they gain access to information about bank cards and embezzle funds, APA reports.

“We urge citizens to be vigilant and purchase tickets only at official points of sale and on official sales websites,” the service says in a statement.
