Turkish Parliament speaker highlights Zangezur corridor as vital for linking regional states to Central Asia

Zangezur corridor will create a vital route connecting the countries of the region with Central Asia.

Turkish Grand National Assembly Speaker Numan Kurtulmus made the remark while returning from Azerbaijan, where he participated in the 14th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA), Report informs.

"If the Zangezur project can be completed successfully, it will be a very important corridor that will connect not only Azerbaijan, but also Armenia, Iran, Turkey and Georgia through the Caucasus to Central Asia," he emphasized.
