Azerbaijan, Slovakia mull strategies for development of cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has made a post on his X account on Azerbaijan-Slovakia Business Forum.

“During the Azerbaijan – Slovakia Business Forum, we engaged in discussions aimed at broadening the scope of our joint activities to enhance the efficiency of bilateral economic relations. We explored opportunities for strengthening partnerships in various sectors including trade, energy, industry, transport, and tourism. Additionally, we assessed the investment potential of our countries and discussed strategies for promoting cooperation and facilitating mutual investments among businesses,” the post by the minister says, Caliber.Az reports.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijan and Slovakia signed a number of memorandums on cooperation on the sidelines of the Azerbaijan-Slovakia Business Forum.

Minister Jabbarov made a post on his X account in this regard as well.

“Within the framework of the Azerbaijan – Slovakia Business Forum, Memorandums of Cooperation were signed between the Azerbaijan Investment Company (@AIC_OJSC) and the Export and Import Bank of the Slovak Republic (EXIMBANKA), as well as between Slovakia’s SEAK Energetics company and "ITECH GROUP" LLC. These agreements mark a significant step towards fostering collaboration in business, communications, cybersecurity, and smart technologies between the respective parties. The implementation of these documents will contribute to the development of mutually beneficial partnerships in these areas,” Minister Jabbarov posted.
