Astana will host the second edition of the Central Asian Media Forum on April 16–17, bringing together over 500 voices from across the global media landscape — including a delegation from Azerbaijan.
The forum will serve as a dynamic platform for media leaders, policymakers, press officers, students, influencers, and analysts from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, as well as countries like the UK, China, Qatar, and Russia, Caliber.Az reports, citing Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Culture and Information.
Over two packed days, participants will dive into discussions on fresh opportunities for regional collaboration, the future of global media, the rise of artificial intelligence and big data in newsrooms, and how social media is shaping the image of nations.
With a strong focus on the digital transformation of media, the forum aims to chart a course for a future-ready information ecosystem.
The agenda also includes hands-on masterclasses from top international media professionals representing major outlets like Euronews, CNN, and Yandex, offering participants insights into cutting-edge practices and trends in journalism and communication.
