Armenian commander of border troops removed from office

Edgar Unanyan has been released from the post of commander of the border troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, by decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, as reported by Caliber.Az via Armenian mass media.

He held this position for just over a year, having previously served as deputy commander of the border troops and as a border representative on the Armenian-Georgian frontier.
