Armenian PM skips out CIS event in Turkmenistan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has skipped out a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS member states in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Armenian permanent plenipotentiary representative to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Belarus Razmik Khumaryan, represented Armenia at the meeting, according to TASS.
The Armenian officials have recently skipped out the meetings in some integration formats. Thus, Pashinyan skipped out some summits of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO).
