Azerbaijan, Albania foster trade ties through business meeting in Baku
A significant step towards enhancing bilateral trade relations between Azerbaijan and Albania was taken as the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO orchestrated a pivotal meeting of business circles in Baku.
Attended by representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Gjirokaster region and the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania, the event aimed to facilitate fruitful discussions on fostering mutual investment initiatives and bolstering trade ties between the two nations, Caliber.Az reports citing local media.
AZPROMO orchestrated a platform where relevant structures and entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan and Albania engaged in constructive dialogue. Emphasis was placed on the importance of expanding contacts and exchanging experiences to fortify connections between business communities, laying the groundwork for mutually beneficial partnerships.
The meeting witnessed the participation of 17 Albanian and 18 Azerbaijani companies spanning diverse sectors including tourism, investment, industry, trade, and logistics.
Following the initial discussions, the event seamlessly transitioned into focused meetings between entrepreneurs, conducted in a Business-to-Business (B2B) format.
