Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Ukraine
Seymur Gurban oglu Mardaliyev was recalled from the post of Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations.
Caliber.Az reports with reference to the presidential press service that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant order.
By another order of the head of state, Seymur Mardaliyev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Ukraine.
Moreover, Elmira Huseyn gizi Akhundova was withdrawn from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Ukraine and the post of Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM).
The corresponding order was signed by Ilham Aliyev, Caliber.Az reports with reference to the press service of the Azerbaijani president.
