Azerbaijan, Bahrain discuss energy cooperation PHOTO
Azerbaijan and Bahrain have discussed opportunities to expand cooperation in the energy and environmental sectors, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy has said.
It noted that the sides – Deputy Minister of Economy Rovnag Abdullayev and Bahrain’s Minister of Oil and Environment Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah – exchanged views on strengthening economic relations and broadening bilateral partnership, Caliber.Az reports.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil, Gas and Chemistry Forum 2026 in Kazan, Russia.

During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation toured Khimgrad Technopolis, where it familiarised itself with the activities of local enterprises, their production facilities, technologies and ongoing projects.
The Tatarstan Oil, Gas and Chemistry Forum 2026 serves as a platform for expanding regional and international business ties, showcasing modern technologies and equipment, and facilitating contacts between business communities.
