Azerbaijan begins exploitation of fields in Kalbajar, Dashkasan

An official of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry has said that Azerbaijan has begun to exploit the Agduzdag field in liberated Kalbajar District and the Gashgachay field in Dashkasan District.

Azerbaijan continues to develop the mining industry, Report informs, quoting the head of the National Geological Exploration Service, Ali Aliyev.

"There are about 800 ore and non-metallic mineral deposits on the liberated territories which will be a mineral resource base in the near future," he said.
