Azerbaijan clears 445 hectares of liberated areas from mines last week

On April 11-16, employees of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan cleared 445.8 hectares from landmines and unexploded munitions in the country’s territories liberated from a decades-long Armenian occupation. 

As many as 66 anti-tank and 59 anti-personnel mines, as well as 237 unexploded munitions were found during the past week, the press service of the Agency told Caliber.Az.
