Azerbaijan commends UN Resident Coordinator for strengthening partnership
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, met with Vladanka Andreeva, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, as her term of office came to an end.
Sharing the meeting on his social media page, Jabbarov highlighted the productive discussions and ongoing cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UN, Caliber.Az reports.

“During the meeting with Ms. Vladanka Andreeva, United Nations Resident Coordinator for Azerbaijan, we discussed key priorities on the cooperation agenda with the #UnitedNations.
We exchanged views on the implementation of the United Nations–Azerbaijan Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework for 2026–2030, the development of the National SDG Monitoring System to strengthen oversight of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-s), and the continuation of efforts to localize the SDGs across regions in cooperation with UN specialized agencies.
