Azerbaijan dispatches 4,500 tons of diesel fuel to Armenia by rail

Azerbaijan has sent another large shipment of petroleum products to Armenia, marking a continuation of bilateral fuel deliveries.
Some 39 tank cars loaded with 4,500 tons of diesel fuel departed from the Guzdak station of Azerbaijan Railways, bound for the Boyuk Kasik station. The fuel will transit through Georgian territory before reaching its destination, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
This shipment follows a series of recent deliveries from Azerbaijan. On December 18, 2025, 1,220 tons of AI-95 gasoline were sent. Subsequently, on January 9, 2026, Armenia received 1,742 tons of AI-95 gasoline along with 956 tons of diesel fuel, and on January 11, an additional 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline were delivered.
