Azerbaijan earns $118.5 million from aluminum exports

Azerbaijan produced 30,028.4 tons of aluminum products from January to July 2025, marking a 15.6% decrease compared to the same period in 2024, according to data from the State Statistics Committee.

As of August 1, 2025, stocks of finished aluminum products stood at 4,126.9 tons, Caliber.Az reports, citing the data. 

Meanwhile, export figures from the State Customs Committee reveal that Azerbaijan shipped 41,767.7 tons of aluminum and aluminum products during the first seven months of 2025, representing a 6.1% decline year-on-year.

In value terms, exports fell marginally by 0.3%, totaling $118.531 million. The share of aluminum exports in the country’s total export volume slightly increased to 0.78%, up from 0.74% in the January–July period of 2024.
