Azerbaijan expands cooperation with special services of partner countries

Azerbaijan is broadening cooperation with special services of partner countries to ensure the security of critical information infrastructure.

According to Report, Head of the State Security Service Ali Nagiyev made the remark at the opening of the Critical Infrastructure Defence Challenge 2023 event in Baku.

"In accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, work is underway in Azerbaijan to establish a National Cyber Centre. To ensure the security of critical information infrastructure and organise work to combat cyber threats, cooperation with special services of partner countries and advanced technology companies operating in the field of combating cyber threats is being expanded. All this serves to improve the defence capability of the national cyberspace and strengthen our position in the global cyberspace," he said.
