Azerbaijan expands tourism outreach at international fair in Kazakhstan PHOTO

Azerbaijan Tourism Board is taking part in the Kazakhstan International Tourism Fair 2026 (KITF), currently underway in Almaty.

The country is represented at the event by 10 participants from the local tourism sector, including Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), Caliber.Az reports, citing the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan.

Exhibitors are presenting detailed information on Azerbaijan’s offerings in cultural tourism, adventure and active recreation, wellness tourism, as well as business events (MICE).

The State Tourism Agency also reported that 19,762 citizens of Kazakhstan visited Azerbaijan in January–March this year, representing an 8.3% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
