Azerbaijan, Guinea sign memorandum on economic cooperation
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and Guinea’s Ministry of Planning, International Cooperation and Development have signed a memorandum of understanding on economic cooperation, Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov has stated in a post on his X account.
He said the agreement was signed during the annual meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group, Caliber.Az reports.

He noted that he held talks with Guinea’s ministers Ismael Nabe and Fodé Silla, stressing the importance of expanding the legal framework for bilateral economic cooperation and unlocking the potential of business partnerships.
“To further advance economic cooperation, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Planning, International Cooperation, and Development of Guinea. The document will support cooperation in trade, investment, and technology, as well as sustainable and inclusive development initiatives,” Jabbarov wrote.
