Azerbaijan, Gulf funds talk over joint investment projects
Azerbaijan has held talks with several Gulf development funds to explore opportunities for joint investment and mobilisation of international financial resources.
Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev announced the discussions on X, noting that the Azerbaijani side met with delegations from the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, and the Saudi Fund for Development.
According to Nabiyev, the meeting focused on strengthening cooperation and developing mechanisms for long-term partnerships.
“We shared detailed information about the activities of companies within AZCON Holding, their completed projects, and plans,” he said.
The sides also discussed potential financing for innovative projects in telecommunications, digitalisation, and transport.
