Azerbaijan invites Romanian companies to work in liberated lands

Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Ilhama Gadirova has said that Azerbaijan prioritises the development of the agricultural sector in the liberated territories.

Gadirova made the statement on June 23 during the 6th meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Relations and Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania in Baku, according to Report.

The deputy minister noted that Romanian companies possess the latest and innovative technologies and invited them to cooperate in the liberated territories.

The agricultural sector in Azerbaijan is quite attractive, as it is exempt from all types of taxes and is covered by various subsidies, Gadirova added.
