Azerbaijan, Israel sign memorandum to boost business ties

26 January 2026 16:54

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organisations of Azerbaijan (ASK) and the Manufacturers Association of Israel (MAI).

The document was signed during the Azerbaijan-Israel business forum by ASK President Mamed Musayev and MAI Deputy Chairman Nathaniel Haiman, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The MoU provides for organising business missions between the two countries, exploring opportunities for mutual investments, holding B2B meetings, strengthening private sector ties, sharing expertise, and other areas of cooperation.

Notably, the business forum is being held today, January 26, as part of the official visit by an Israeli delegation led by Foreign Minister Gideon Saar to Azerbaijan.
