Azerbaijan, Italy discuss economic partnership priorities

Azerbaijan and Italy have engaged in discussions regarding their economic partnership priorities.

“At a business lunch with Italian Senator Giulio Terzi, we explored the priorities of the Azerbaijan-Italy economic partnership. We emphasized the significance of boosting sustainable initiatives for achieving effective results. The Azerbaijan-Italy relations encompass various fields, including economic cooperation, energy partnerships, cultural exchanges, and political dialogue. Italy has been involved in projects in Azerbaijan's energy sector, particularly in oil and gas exploration and development. Both countries have sought to strengthen bilateral ties through high-level visits, trade agreements, and collaborations in areas such as education and tourism. Italy also plays a role in supporting Azerbaijan's efforts in regional stability and integration into European institutions.
