Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan discuss boosting AI, green energy ties

Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have discussed expanding economic cooperation, with a focus on joint investments, artificial intelligence, trade, industry, and green energy projects.

Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said he held talks with Nurlan Zhakupov, Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan's National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna, on strengthening bilateral economic ties, Caliber.Az reports.

In a post on X, Jabbarov said the discussions focused on the prospects and priority areas for further developing economic cooperation between the two countries.

According to the minister, the sides explored opportunities to expand joint investment activities, increase cooperation with institutional investors, deepen partnerships in trade and industry, advance collaboration in artificial intelligence, and implement green energy projects.
