Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan engage in strategic talks on advancing Middle Corridor
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, convened a meeting with Assel Zhanassova, Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan, and Talgat Aldybergenov Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company (Railway of Kazakhstan), during their official visit to Baku.
According to a statement posted by Minister Nabiyev on the social media platform X, the discussions focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation across multiple transport sectors, notably road freight, air transportation, and shipbuilding, Caliber.Az reports.
The meeting underscored the shared commitment to further developing the Middle Corridor — a critical transcontinental trade route connecting Europe and Asia via the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
