Azerbaijan, North Macedonia discuss strengthening economic ties

Azerbaijan and North Macedonia discussed opportunities to expand economic cooperation, implement priority projects and strengthen direct ties between their business communities.

The sides – Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov and his North Macedonian counterpart Besar Durmishi – stressed the importance of intensifying joint activities in trade, investment, energy and other areas, Caliber.Az reports, citing Jabbarov’s X account.

“The exchange also covered opportunities for expanding economic cooperation, the implementation of priority projects, and prospects for strengthening direct ties between the business communities of our countries,” Jabbarov wrote.

Within the framework of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, we met with Besar Durmishi, Minister of Economy and Labour of North Macedonia.
